    Unless you are managment you dont get any benefits at all. Not even a sick day. You call in for getting sick and they act like it's the end if the world of you do

    2 weeks vacation up to 5 years employment, 3 Personal days, 5 sick days. 3 weeks vacation 6-10 years employment, 5 personal days, 5 sick days. 4 weeks vacation 11 years employment, 5 personal, 5 sick days. On your 12th year You stay at 4 weeks vacation but you earn an additional personal day for each year you stay. We get Tiffany Jewelry at 5 (earnings), 10 (bracelet), 15 (necklace) years of employment. 401K company matches 40% of every dollar Saved up to 6%. They offer 3 options of Health, Dental and Vision policies from HMO to PPO. We have 7 paid Holidays that can be used with in 30 days of the Holiday. We have an emergency fund for Team Members to assist with Earth Quakes, Tornados, Hurricane, Fire, Flooding and other natural and personal disasters.

    Benefits increased after the first year. Copays were still around $30, send prescriptions have to be Filled through the mail. Single female insurance was around $85 the first year every 2 weeks, then increased to $135 every 2 weeks in the second year.
