    Vacation and paid time off was a joke. I was a full time stylist with dales in the top 10% of the company but was paid minimum wage for my time off. Very unfair and not really able to call it a benefit.

    Vacation time off increases the longer you are with the company. Two weeks to start increases to four weeks by the eleventh year.

    You get paid time off but you can't use it, if you can you use it when they tell you too and then when it comes you have to go into work anyway because no one is happy working for a disorganized company so they leave for more money, which believe me doesn't take much!
