Health insurance is a little pricey, company offers 401k, competitive vacation time.

Our organization has a very thorough medical plan as well as a variety of other insurance types from which an employee may choose. The health insurance for the employee is subsidies by the organization by over 60%. In today's world the cost of insurance is ever on the rise, however we evaluate our plan annually and do what is needed to keep the cost down.
Medical is to expensive. Davis doesn’t care about their employees days off during the holidays. Stingy.

However, we do make an enormous effort to provide competitive benefits and extra holiday hours.The Medical for the employees is subsidized over 60%, and employees are most always given more holidays off than stated in the employee handbook.
I did not utilize the benefits while at Davis Development, but I did have co-workers complain that they were expensive and not great.
