Vision Benefit allowing for a "cadillac" pair of glasses was nice for family and me. My child was able to get Sports glasses at no cost.

Offers goldilocks health insurance where employees are encouraged to choose the most suitable of three options. Reasonable employee contribution becomes outrageous out-of-pocket expenses when one realizes these plans cover little to no aspects of even a healthy individual's basic preventative health care. 401k is modest with partial match to 6%. Many associates resort to what appears to be abuse of FMLA due to bureaucratic inflexibility. Any discrepancies are given a work-around wherein an associate is referred to 'contact home office' to resolve measures which, at more competent companies, would be easily resolved with a brief correspondence with Human Resources.
