Health, 401k, PTO (albeit not enough), Comp'd gym membership. There were funds for professional development for everyone to use but they were taken away. How can you expect your employees to grow when you take away the resources to do that very thing?

Unlimited PTO (to an extent). Healthcare coverage is pretty good went up to $50 from $0 which is still much better than most places. 401k match is half of what you contribute up to 6% so a 3% match which is ok.
Low cost health (dental and vision, too) insurance, flexible (unlimited) PTO, Free Friday lunch, drinks, 401k matching, gym membership reimbursement, the list goes on and on. While the pay for the company isn't great, the benefits are AMAZING
