There were several plans available; all were incredibly expensive. They blamed TriNet, which I later found was bogus as my current employer also does benefits through TriNet and offers better plans for far less of an employee contribution.

Benefits provided via an HRSolutions provider (Trinet), so a lot of good options.

DayNine pays 100% of the premium for all individuals and roughly 50% of the premiums for family. There are a ton of options to choose from, and it's a huge plus to have your employer cover all or most of the costs.

Health insurance for families is very expensive. The benefits are through a PEO. There are options for a PPO or an HSA.
