“There were several plans available; all were incredibly expensive. They blamed TriNet, which I later found was bogus as my current employer also does benefits through TriNet and offers better plans for far less of an employee contribution.”
“Standard 401K plan administered by an outside vendor, I believe Transamerica”
“Awesome benefit, unlimited use of it”
The best thing about the DayNine benefits package is the unlimited PTO. You can't get much better than that. The worst thing is the 401k match, which is .50 on the dollar up to 3%. When your biggest complaint is that the company matches 401k, but not as much as you'd like, that's a pretty good sign that the benefits are great.
Vacation was good but never had time to take
The benefits at DayNine were ungodly expensive if you were paying for coverage for a family.
Well the benefits themselves are average, they are free for employee only coverage, which is a great thing
DayNIne offers unlimited PTO. It is nice to see that people actually use it and it is not just a hiring tactic that people are too scared to actually make use of.
Best thing is the product: Workday is incredible
Unlimited PTO (if you ever have an opportunity to use it). $500 bonus for taking 5 consecutive days of PTO.
New change to their benefits package! One major change is unlimited PTO! Plus many great changes!
Medical, Dental, 401(k) matching starting day 1
Company pays for 100% of employee's health insurance. That's great!
