You may elect to contribute between 1% and 96% of your eligible pay to the plan on a pre-tax basis. We will match 100% of your first 1% of your contribution and 50% match for the next 5%.
As a new hire, you will be automatically enrolled in the 401(k) plan at a 1% contribution rate on or about the 31st day after your date of hire. Each year your contribution rate will increase by 1% to a maximum of 6%. If you wish to opt out of automatic enrollment or change your contribution rate, you must do so within 30 days of your date of hire.
Decent website and low cost index funds.
