I feel fortunate to have this benefit package. There are choices involved and you have some autonomy when it comes to choosing what is best for you.
No benefits for part-time employees.
Reasonably priced health insurance-Blue Cross, 401K after 90 days, and PTO.
It's good insurance, it's just a little expensive.
The benefits package was well-rounded and good.
Furlough was not a good thing
Vacations are questioned, decent 401 package-match 25%, blue cross blue shield coverage which isn't bad. Room for advancement if you perform well enough to stay
has 401k, dental, vision, short term and long term disability. health and dental coverage of expensive, must be out of work 14 business days before short term disability applies
Pretty good insurance, while I was employed it was Aetna
Changed to cheaper insurance and now it doesn't cover hardly anything!
