Insurance is reasonably priced but is not the best coverage, especially after change was made from Medcost to Cigna.
The health insurance is extremely expensive and honestly does not cover much. I like the 401k match and the short term disability.
Vacation time rollover is limited to 120 hours. Vacation accrual increases after three years employment. PPO or High Deductible option. Dental and vision optional for additional premium. No company contribution to HSA. Limited 401k match.
You get outrageously expensive health insurance, majority paid by yourself and not the company. You do get paid time off but good luck when you need to use it. It will most likely be denied, because they are so under staffed that you can't take the time off. No compassion of you are sick, your still expected to work.
Not very much if anything
you have to pay back clinical supervision reimbursement if you leave the company too early
