Health Insurance is good, and with a bit of work, you can find in-network providers. They match 401K for salaried workers up to 6%.
Holiday scheduling. On the major holidays, we would get a half day paid the day before (July 4th, etc.)

Use to be ESOP, but that is gone. Good PTO time available that increases rapidly after years spent with the company.
Best thing about the benefits package is the company match for the 401K, the worst thing is that they eliminated the ESOP (employee stock ownership program)
