PTO, 1 week paid vacation
This company gives you nothing. No benefits of any kind. No discounts on other hotels and no medical or 401K
It's nice to have 401k.
There are no benefits offered to employees even for people who are working full time. They will have you work on holidays with the minimum wage still. Schedules are posted just a week in advance and you'd be lucky if they'll make it for two weeks. Some employees are calling off here and there but they still have a job! Management needs to work on their employment hiring skills and or taking actions in some situations.
This Days Inn has the best benefits I've encountered yet. Health, vision, and dental are great and cover just about anything you can think of with minimal co-pays. 401K is matched and is available to any who are employed for a year. Time off leaves a bit to be desired. You can expect one week of paid vacation after a year of employment, and approximately 6 paid sick days a year that roll over if you do not use them.
there was no benefits even tho they has benefits themselves. employess were very tense and I could see that they really didn't want to work there but had no choice in the matter
our employee discount isnt much of a discount at all. and no other benefits, good luck getting your overtime as well.
No benefits at all, No anything at all
they didn't offer any benefits at all just basic pay
No Benefits at all. No paid vacations, if you took time off, no pay.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
