    Benefits are OK, down side is you have to use your PTO for holidays

    Benefits force you to use DeKalb Tier 1 practices because Tier 2 & 3 can very costly..

    At least they match the 401k at 3%. Not the best, but not horrible.

    Pay is the worst benefit, vacation time is the best.

    The benefits were kind of expensive and didn't offer as much but none the less wasn't bad.

    I think the benefits package that they offered was comparable to other Hospitals. I can admit that the premium is pretty high especially if you add your family.
