Generous PTO & 401k match, pre-tax commuter benefits, incredible spouse/SDA benefits (including tuition waivers at undergrad and grad level -- kicks in after one year), flexible hours when applicable, great health insurance. Hard to complain about much.
Quality benefits package which includes lots of city perks such as transit passes, discounts, and museum passes
Tuition waiver for graduate school in every degree except law was very nice. This included MBA from Driehaus. Tuition assistance for dependents attending as well. Generous health insurance options and standard fringe benefits.
You get a full tuition waiver being a GA for colleges but only a half-tuition waiver if you are a GA with student affairs. There is no paid sick leave. You work a certain amount of hours for the whole year. So if you need time off, it is flexible as long as you make up the hours the following week. This also depends on your manager. Some are more flexible, others are very strict with your set hours.
Sick leave (was only part time)
I don't get any benefits as I am just a contract worker.
better than what i expected
great benefit. great retirement match.
The 403(b) match is significant, the paid time off is fair, and the health insurance is good
