Great insurance, they contribute 10% to 401k when you contribute 6%, you get about 2 weeks off in the winter, aside from the vacation you already get. Also you can attend DePaul for free.

Overall DePaul has a rich and competitive benefits package. Good PTO, 403(b) 10% match (reduction temporarily due to Covid), and disability plan.
DePaul offers tuition benefits for faculty and staff, as well as their spouses, partners, and children. DePaul also has a generous sick time policy.
Great health insurance coverage, and the 401k matching is an incredible benefit you are unlikely to find as high of a percentage in other institutions.
Great benefits package if you have PPO. I am unsure about the other options. "Unlimited" sick leave. Lots of PTO available. Tuition benefit is great for you and a partner/dependent/SDA.
BCBS PPO IL 403b you put 5% in they match you at 10%, during covid they cut the match to 5%
