I work as a contractor through an outside staffing agency. They do not provide and benefits other than health insurance which is not great.
The benefits package was the best thing about the job. I really do not have anything negative to say about it.
Excellent benefit package, great health and medical insurance program at fair premiums. A partially matched contribution 401K plan is offered as well as pension plan. Employment begins with two weeks off and five sick days. After three years, vacation time increases to 3 weeks.
Lots of time off
401k, tutuion reimbursment, the company offers great benefits like exercise reimbursement. 401k, tutuion reimbursment, the company offers great benefits like exercise reimbursement.
I am an intern, so I am limited in benefits. I do have the option for health insurance and am provided a stipend or low cost housing due to relocation. Holidays are paid off, as would be expected.
The best thing can be summarized, as offering a very diverse group of benefits that were divided across 23 areas / programs, with a dollar cost value of approximately 27,000 annually. This benefit package was provided by the parent corporation (Johnson & Johnson) who owned the enterprise - DePuy Synthes
Strong benefits program. Healthy pension and 401K matching. Generous vacation time and paid maternity leave for new mothers and fathers.
Insurance is trash, pay is lower than low.
