There are seriously good Health Insurance Benefits, including additional incentives for quitting smoking and diabetes assistance. Those benefits are quite expensive out of pocket for the employee especially if covering the whole family. The worst part is the cost.

The health insurance is mediocre, at best. You start off with 2 weeks vacation and 7 days of sick time, which seems to becoming less of a standard than other organizations.
