Good overall benefits. Tuition assistance covers undergrad completely and most of grad classes. Family get a very generous tuition discount. Up to 5 weeks vacation days (depending on tenure). Healthcare coverage is meh (United Healthcare doesn't cover a lot of meds and procedures without lots of long phone conversations).

DeVry offers over 3 weeks off for PTO for new full-time employees plus 12 holidays off. They offer choices for medical and dental plans and coverage for domestic partners plus telehealth medical and on-demand mental health support. DeVry University also offers tuition benefits for employees and their qualified family members starting on day one of employment.
