Company match on the 401k and great in house exercise classes
Normal benefits, health plan is not as good as it once was, gym is a nice option
A lot of stuff is covered, but the copays are high. Also cover domestic partners, but it triples the cost of the insurance. It's hard to find good docs that take the insurance. All RXs have to be mail ordered and sometimes get lost or delayed
Great benefits! 401k match, dental and vision, relaxed office environment
Gym reimbursement for remote employees, good health insurance, solid 401k match, lots of PTO
The Cox acquisition brought with it their provider - Aetna, whose coverage is almost non-existent in VT. Employees were initially thrilled with the low premiums but have discovered most of their providers are out of network and don't want to join Aetna because they are a very low paying provider. Employees report going without healthcare or medications because of the cost. Cox makes noises of trying to help but have also baldly stated Aetna is the only plan they will ever offer, and it just doesn't work in VT.
good: 401k, stock options, gym, cafe, dental, vision, medical. bad: it changes very often as the company has been sold a few times, and everytime, they choose new insurance plans.
Other than the standard benefits, i.e., healthcare, PTO, the company's Burlington office has tennis court, gym, ping pong tables and a great environment.
Benefits are average. They do offer a pension plan now which is rare these days, but it's not worth much.
The organization really strives to take care of their employees. The benefits, perks, discounts, 401K, and PTO are top notch.
