DealerSocket has a range of both PPO and HMO plans that allow you to select your preferred deductible and the premium that best matches what you're able to afford.

expensive but worth it depending on family size

  • Jan 11, 2018

As of January 2018, 3 Health Insurance options based on deductible. $3,000 Deductible costs $300 per month for a family deducted from employee salary via payroll. $2,000 deductible costs $400 per month. The $500 deductible cots $800 per month. Dental and Vision costs additional, maybe another $100 a month. Keep in mind that Preventative is covered 100% , everything else in 20% after the deductible and the maximum out of pocket is 2 times the deductible. This insurance will cost you plenty if you go to the Doctors office and to help you the company will match HSA account up to $2,000 annual for a family. The insurance is OK, but much better is out there. If you are considering working at DealerSocket keep in mind that you should bump your salary up $12,000 from your floor to pay for the medical, dental and vision Insurance since it is a low cost high employee burden plan.

Crappy! The only thing good about it is the company will match your HSA contribution up to $1,000.00

The premiums were okay for a single person but outrageously expensive for couples/children. Also, the deductible amounts were ridiculous.

Cheap ($68/month) for single. HSA offered with up to $1000 match for single.

Medicare is better than their offering.
