High deductible health plan that requires $2,000 out of pocket (for a single person) before any coverage kicks in.

A few people are in collections on unpaid medical bills. If you get very sick and require hospitalization and surgery you are responsible for thousands of dollars. Every year the new deductible starts over. It's beyond logic they do not have a HMO option. It would help many people who have major medical bills to have a HMO. One co worker his child has cancer and he has been fighting the illness for years. A HMO would relieve the financial pressure and allow his family to cope with the medical issues. It seems Dealersocket do not care about people, just profits. The CRM goes down and the owners run to Starbucks all upset but a co worker family is gravely ill and is going bankrupt and they turn a blind eye, and look you in the eye at Sunday Services and talk about compassion. It's a hypocrisy

It is expensive and does not cover a lot. Not really the fault of DealerSocket but the overall condition of the health care in the nation

Goood contribution match up to 2k. High deductible insurance though so you will be likely be paying out of pocket most years until you reach your deductible.

For the price of the health insurance, the copay is a little pricey.
