    worst thing is that it feels like you can't take time off because of how much stuff will pile up while you are gone and how everything is so time sensitive

    PTO is great as long as you can find the time to take it. you don't have any one to cover for you so any time you take off must be made up.

    New joiners receive 10 PTO days, 8 company holidays, 4 floating holidays and 3 sick days The total is not bad but be mindful of use restrictions (sick days and floating holidays). PTO goes up to 15 days after 2 years
