- 401K Plan(3 comments)
“There's a decent 401k match on offer, but I've heard of other businesses in Austin that match at a higher level.”
- Work From Home(3 comments)
“Flexible WFH policy has been great. Starting to hear emphasis from leaders on return to office. The company built out a larger office space during the pandemic, so it's a nice office and I enjoy working there when I want to.”
401K match, extended parental leave, achievable annual bonus targets, equity upside!
Benefits like a healthcare concierge app, continuing education opportunities and remote work are well thought out. There's good options for healthcare plans.
Unlimited PTO is a huge plus
It is okay. Thanks. It is okay. It is okay

Recently announced remote and flexible work locations, while also investing in an upgrade to headquarters to create more collaborative spaces so that coming into the office is useful! 12 weeks paid parental leave and a bridge back option to ramp up. Parking access downtown which is also available on the weekend.... sometimes it's the little things
Great health insurance, unlimited PTO, and flexible working hours. Company car program is cool too.
Fair compensation for a small company in a hot Austin market.
Great benefits and constantly improving!
Dealerware takes care of their employees! They continually add new benefits including parental leave, extended disability and work from home stipend. Flexible PTO, work/life balance, bonuses, stock, excellent healthcare.
Health insurance options are pretty standard for tech companies, I have no complaints. 401k is ok. Time off is great, work life balance is great, parental leave is key. No equity.
