Good health insurance. No 401k .
They offer typical benefits offered at other firms good health benefits, vacation, 401k, perks such as car home etc
Debevoise offered excellent health care.
Benefits are horrible compared to other firms, they offer the standard medical, dental, and vision but co-pays are ridiculously high, so if you need any routine medical care like physical or behavioral therapy, it will be super expensive. Only 15 vacation days a year for administrative staff and then it increases to 20 after 4 years. You cannot carry over employer retirement contributions if you leave the firm unless you have been with the firm for at least 3 years. But salary increases and bonuses seem fair.
Full benefits but co-pays are expensive for someone in an entry-level position. HR and Benefits are a bit unorganized.
Higher co-pays and deductibles so more out of pocket medical expenses and 10% out of pocket expenses for radiology and other special medical services. I should have taken more flex spending this year.
Benefits were excellent 10 years ago, but now they are quite mediocre for a law firm.
Pretty good benefits package, standard for white shoes.
Benefits package is OK - no worse or better than any other place that I have worked. Usual coverage - health, 401K, dental. They do have a retirement plan though.
very generous maternity leave, ability to work part-time
