Profit sharing is a great benefit as well as discounted sports tickets. The 401k match is average to below average in my experience. NO maternity/paternity leave is offered. One high deductible health insurance plan is the only plan they offer. There are also no paid holidays here.

Outstanding! I know of no other company that has such an enhanced benefits package. The 401k contributions and Employee Stock Plan are the best. It is such a great work environment too.
