They have everything you need 401k, full healthcare, dental, eye, paid time off
Cons: Health premiums high if you have a family. Low number of vacation days. No flexible spending accounts. Pros: Nice picnic and holiday parties.
I am able to gain more tools to better myself, the team I work in, along with providing a better service to our consumers.
High rate for family Health insurance .
Health care costs for families extremely high. Number of paid paid holidays low. General benefits compared to industry are low/bad.
Health insurance is laughable. Does not offer HMA or FSA. Premium is high for a very crappy HMO. Individual plan is not as bad, but you will be spending half your paycheck on premiums if you add your family. They do however have great PPO for dental. Does not offer employee discount if you chose to live on property. You will only get 5 days sick day that you will get in the beginning of the year. If you get sick for 5 days by February you are out of luck. You will be using your vacation days the rest of the year or you can choose to take an unpaid day off. Vacation days, you accumulate 5 days after a year.
Decron's 401k plan is excellent. The company matches employee contributions. The match is 100% of the first 3% of salary and 50% of the next 2% of salary. If an employee contributes 5% of salary, Decron contributes 4% of salary.
I was a temporary leasing consultant, so I had no benefits
