401k match, vacation time given per request one month prior to departure, days off are decided weekly.
Great benefits, and pay is consistent
Pays 50% after 90 days employment, 70% after 1 year, 100% after 2
If you worked enough hours and qualified as full time they had a really good insurance program. A lot of employees were on their insurance and I always heard good things about it.
Solid benefits package for hourly and salary team members. Salary members get great health care 401k and stock purchase options. They also get 2 weeks vacation after 2 years and 1 week the first year.
Don't offer vacation, free lunch is usually barely edible
I haven't seen another restaurant group that can even come close to the benefits offered by dfrg. They are excellent and hopefully will set a standard in the industry.
After 2 years, employer covers 100% of hourly employee health insurance. No PTO.
Only have to average 25 hours a week to qualify for insurance, however, if you go below that 25 hour average there is no notice until it is too late, and you are cut off immediately.
They really look out for their employees. If you work over 25 hours in a week, you are eligible for a full benefits package and you have access to ticketsatwork.com. A sweet deal overall.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
