Not much unless you work all year along. You do become union after so many hours, but you pay union dues every month that you work.
There are many options. Good insurance coverage and good bonus program.
New hire employee's starting 1/1/17 are not being entered into the retirement program. This was not disclosed until after I was hired. They touted the benefits all along the process.
Solid Medical/Dental/Vision. Company offers a pension in addition to 401k match.
The insurance prices were reasonable (we had a PPO) and the company offered dental, vision and prescription coverage. The STD/LTD policies were very generous with STD going up to 26 weeks at 100% to 2/3 of your pay.
