“Very flexible working environment and comfortable culture”
“125£ extra for the Employee of the Month in some offices, when I was there my team didn't have bonuses but probably that has been changed.”
“Cover for riders if they are injured during their job. Can help cover income during this time.”
You get a free "plus" subscription which is basically removing the delivery fee for any order you place. Occasional free Friday lunch from different restaurants every other week
Competitive package if compared to similar tech companies
The best and also the worst: food
Great location, building and perks including free snacks, coffee station, filled fridges etc.
Londoners in Consulting
Anyone here know what total compensation is for a Strategy Associate role at Deliveroo in London? Would be great if you could please provide breakup by salary, cash bonus and stock options. Currently have ~2 years of experience at MBB (straight out of UG). Is £80K total compensation too much to ask for? Not sure what range to quote given this is going to be the first time I move jobs.
No offer of equity in business
Flexible work hours. No holiday or sick pay.
Flexible hours, working as you own boss.
Health insurance is not a good offer. If you do not go for the most premium option the level of cover is poor.
Great place to work in
Good bonus structure - Depending on role
