Excellent bonus plans that are tied to overall success of Dell and it flows down to all with transparent numbers and goals. Decent healthcare benefits with multiple options, however out of pocket is much higher than other companies. 401k, vacation, time off etc - standard and the normal. Employee discounts for Dell and electronics is excellent, however they stopped selling TVs, otherwise it was even better.
