Dell offers a wide range of benefits that are extremely competitive for a large company. There are a number of options available at no cost.
Benefits are at or well above industry standard. Benefits support team very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
401K matching was good. Bonus plan was fairly good. Medical benefit coverage was not as good as most other places (constant requests for additional payments from providers because Dell didn't cover the full cost).

Best - company supports employees donating time to charities. Worst - high copay medical plans and limited plan choices.
