The health insurance is pretty average compared to other companys. 401K match 100% up to 6%. There is an annual $300 fitness reimbursement. 25 total PTO days & week of Christmas is automatic vaction

Love the vacation and time off! Start with 3 weeks of vacation, 2 weeks of personal/sick time, and 11 holidays (5 of those are the week of Christmas!)
Dell has continued to evolve their benefits packages over the last 8 years, which shows that they are evolving with their employee population.
Shutting down one week between Christmas and New Year's Day is nice. Health insurance is getting worse every year.
