Our people are the most critical component of our long-term success. So it’s no surprise, then, how much time and effort we pour into creating a comprehensive benefits package for all Dell team members. We strive to provide the best choice and value at the best cost. Our packages are competitive in the market and relevant to the various countries in which we operate.
Referral Bonus Program
Mother's rooms (primary locations)
On-site health care (certain locations)
On-site gym (certain locations)
Banking centers (certain locations)
Great package and highly family driven. Backup child care, healthy reward perks for family members
As someone who is single, the benefits package is pretty reasonable, in my opinion. The time off is adequate , health insurance premium is reasonable, and 401(k) matching is okay. Unfortunately, the 401(k) matching is now going to be capped at $7500, so I will be receiving less of a match from the company.
Great Benefits for all employees
401k and HSA matching are pretty sweet. Lost stock options and ESP from EMC days, that is a negative.
Good bonus, based on company performance, health insurance is great, vacation commensurate with experience (though can be tricky to use up in the calendar year), small 401k match (3%)
Bonus,Health Insurance, Vacation Time Off
able to work from home and 5% 401K match
Like most companies, employees are responsible for more and more of the cost, very little if any pay increases for years.
Did not get benefits or any of this stuff because I was a part-time intern lol.
401K match is not competitive, Healthcare is becoming expensive.
