Working From Home is highly promoted. Health benefits can be a little better.
poor health insurance package. good holidays and vaction package. bonus every 6 months. great work culture and balance between work and life. Great company to work for.
Really good benefits: health insurance, work from home, 401k with match, good vacation time when starting, and 4 weeks paternity leave.
high coverage, 401k match, great vacation policy,
Comprehensive med/dental but high deductibles and co-pays. Unless catastrophic event, no way to hit in a year. Plan on paying 20% out of pocket.
401K, Vacation & Paid Time Off, Holidays, Sick Days, Good Health Insurance
It was EMC when I worked there. Dell acquired EMC after I left. My podiatrist told me that he wished he worked at EMC because our benefits were so good!
Benefit overall is good. Health insurance program not good. 401k match used to be good. No stock purchase plan offered any more.
High Premiums with HSA account
It's a pretty standard benefits package for large global IT conglomerate . The issue is they are private and salaries are low and they can't offer stocks as part of package. I paid $500 out of pocket for my monthly health, vision, dental & life ins.
