401k match for legacy EMC employees (can't speak for Dell employees) in the US is 6%. We love it. Everything else is so so since the merger. Health insurance skyrocketed this year and that has been sad. Hoping it improves next year.
The overall package was very good. Good health care benefits including wellcare programs. Many insurance programs. Multiple ways to get bonuses including IP contribution awards.
