Great benefits. 6 months maternity leave, between 20-30 days of PTO, great health benefits etc. For this service line, staff can frequently work from home (although I recommend associates to stick around the office in at least the first year to network)

The ability to take the 4 months of pat/maternal leave throughout the year instead of one lump slump is hard to pass! Only downside, use or loose on the PTO once baby leave is done!

Good compensation. Travel and meals on the job are covered by the firm. However, no relocation expenses or health insurance was provided.
Well Being Subsidy is great. Sure it would be nice to have just extra $500 of salary, but it feels good to spend it on yourself.
