I loved the paternity leave
Time off is great, however there is a strong emphasis on meeting and exceeding utilization targets which makes it difficult to fully take advantage of the time off that is provided.
Wellness subsidy- really good Paid time off - not enough
Good amount of vacation, good 401k benefits, the well-being subsidy is a great perk. However, lots of people don't take their PTO because it can hurt utilization (billable hours) and thus year-end bonuses.
Family Leave flexibility and length available
Benefits are affordable and cover a wide variety of services with broad provider networks. PPO, EPO, and CDH plans available.

25 PTO days/year comes in handy (if your team or utilization rate lets you), as does the 50% fitness subsidy up to $500/year (beware though, this is taxed heavily so it's more like 30%). I was not enrolled in the insurance but heard from friends it is a good plan. 401K matching is pretty terrible. We only had $0.25 per $1 matching on the first 6% of our contributions/year.
