“Deloitte health insurance is well prepared with affordable co-pays for all employees. ”
“15 days for for entry level. Paid time off for cfe leave is 10 days”
“Deloitte has a great matching program. They will match your 401K contributions. ”
Good 401k match, a big variety of plans for health care, dental, vision. Also offers pet insurance, life insurance, etc.
Paid parental leave was great, PTO time reasonable, wellness subsidy was good, overall, no complaints about benefits
Deloitte offers an attractive benefits package for full-time professionals. There are ample benefits, some time sensitive, if you know where to look and who to talk to. Not all benefits are widely announced or publicized, even via internal channels, so it pays to keep on top of the new or changing benefits.
Vacation time over 5 weeks a year and parental leave
Great PTO package and health insurance bundles (vision, eye care). Also the fitness & well-being subsidy of $500/year is really great. Parental leave is supposed to be really great as well although I have not taken advantage of this perk yet.
It’s great, fully vested after 3 years of working there. Very generous PTO plan.
Deloitte has one of the best benefits packages. Deloitte benefits work well for family-oriented individuals.
Benefits are good, especially the health and Wellness Subsidy
True rate 3.5. Review from commercial HC consulting. Many medical nsurance options but all have copays. Dental & vision is optional and also have copay (low). In my opinion 401k is bad - only 25% match up to 6% of your income. No sick leave. PTO impacted utilization which in turn impacted your performance metrics. However, they recently built in 120hrs (~2wks) into utilization which is encoueaging.
Every year the benefits are degraded in quality and increase in cost.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
