    This is very good, you can accumulate lots of PTO and use it for long vacation. However, in your early years, you may not have lots of opportunities to use your PTO because of long hours working and promotion/peer pressure.

    You have to work on weekends and late nights most of the times. There is no vacation time or time off

    you get 23 ish days off but you are not encouraged to take them - it hurts your utilization!!! and utilization is everything! but the number of days look very good for new comer ;)

    It would seem amazing on the surface. I was given 30 days to use for PTO or sick days. Problem was if I used them it would impact my utilization and if your metrics are low, you aren't going to get a good review and then your bonus suffers! They need to adjust your utilization so that you can take your vacation and at least get a break at times.
