PTO varies for different groups but provides a good number of PTO days. Another advantage is most employees can rollover unused PTO of current year to next year.
Really easy to get time off, they are very accommodating as long as you do follow the rules.
National Holidays-10 and PTO--depends on a biweekly accrual (minimum is 18 days)
I had 28 days of time off the year that I left. Not sure how that is currently but it was generous back then.
Lots of PTO you can’t use.
This is very good, you can accumulate lots of PTO and use it for long vacation. However, in your early years, you may not have lots of opportunities to use your PTO because of long hours working and promotion/peer pressure.
You have to work on weekends and late nights most of the times. There is no vacation time or time off
you get 23 ish days off but you are not encouraged to take them - it hurts your utilization!!! and utilization is everything! but the number of days look very good for new comer ;)
Great vacation and paid time off plans. The firms gives the entire week between Christmas and New Years off.
30 days of leave provided at the leadership level
