I received a bonus of $26K for my performance. I also received a generous severance package when I was part of a reduction in workforce.
No longer contribute to 401k. Healthy insurance could certainly be better.
401k was removed a few months into my employment. Everything else was alright.
Very expensive benefits package. They changed the options about two years ago.
Vacation time is a joke unless you're in management or over 15 years service. Sick time is accrued nicely but cannot use it because management guilt trips you or tells you you cannot use it. Wellness package is good. Must be with company for 5 years to take all retirement, but they lay off people before 5 years.
I don't use their benefits. Others say it is horrible and expensive.
