Flight benefits were the best but your priority was just above buddy passes. If you don't mind spending few hours waiting to get on a flight, this was great. However, if you have kids, good luck!
Flight benefits, 401k plan, medical and dental benefits
Pretty standard benefits but flight benefits are not comparable to the parent company, Delta. Not worth working here if you're trying to travel a lot.
As a Ready Reserve agent, you do not qualify for health or dental benefits. However, you do automatically receive 3% from the company toward 401K. The flight benefits are outstanding even though you are flying standby. Flight benefits extend to your children, spouse or partner, and parents only.
Flight benefits are good 401k is modest some good and bad days off opportunities for all if they love working at airport
Fly for free (or very little) around the world. Benefits apply to Spouse and parents as well as dependant children
The only thing about this job that is keeping me employed is hoping I will get on with the mainline. The VERY low priority flight benefits and still having to pay for them is little to be desired.
not worth getting at all
Benefits are terrible. People work there only for the flights because the pay is minimum wage essentially and the work load is insane. Always understaffed because the pay does not equal the job. That being said, the flight benefits are no longer what they were as now employees have to pay to fly standby and fly essentially as buddy pass riders. Flying standby has become more stress than it's worth.
Not sure I really don’t know this company sucks they will have no employees if continue like that
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
