They offer 3% matching to all the employees
The very limited amount of "benefits" that Delta offer are extremely expensive and not worth the cost. People have ended up going to work and doing a full four week hitch only to have received no paycheck because it all went to their health insurance. Unsustainable model.
Their "benefits" are a detriment to their employees livelihood. The benefits alone should deter and potential employee. If you go in to interview make sure you ask everything about their benefits package and try not to laugh when they are telling you how it will "benefit" you!
There is none. Only health insurance which is more expensive than getting it on your own.
Health insurance increasing and no 401k match.
Excellent 401k matching plans and HR works very hard to provide excellent services. However, insurance premiums are high to small group status.
Lied to me about a Employee equity ownership plan I was not given. 401K Roth matching dose not include vesting till after several years....company may not be around that long though,.
