401k is 100% matching with a maximum of 4% of your income, dental, healthcare are all industry standard and covered.
It is okay, not the best out there but not the worse. I cannot complain really. It is fine.
Since Roper aquired Deltek they decreased the 401k matching for the majority of employees. It’s now based on your current earnings. You’d have to make $150,000 a year, and make maximum contributions for Deltek to contribute $3,000! In the old plan it did not depend on your salary and Deltek would match 50% of your contributions up to $6,000, which is $3,000 a year. I’m hoping they increase this benefit to at least what it use to be.
401K match is not competitive since Roper Acquired us. PTO is very competitive, but health benefits are below average. Great Holidays with 10 days in 2018.
Benefits were good but structure of the company was little different than experienced in other places
Based on the revenue generated by the company, cash bonuses would be awarded twice a year. There were typically eight to ten holidays a year with two floating holidays. Vacation allowances were good.
Deltek benefits are great, flexible environment
Health is expensive with a high copay
Since they are a multi-national, the benefits are about as general as it gets. No choices really.
