“Great benefits for the employee and dependents.”
“Annual leave, sick leave and RDO.”
“Their employer match is unfortunately very low compared to other tech companies. This can be improved! 6% match should be the minimum with 3 years to be vested - this seems very standard at tech companies. ”
Deltek is easily the most employee centered company I have worked for. Everything is tailored to give employees peace of mind and the benefits packages reflect that.
Company offers competitive health and dental benefits, paid time off and 401K.
You get plenty of time time off and they truly care about work life balance. Health perks and discounts are great.
Provided competitive benefits package including 3 + weeks of PTO, health and dental, and 401k matching.
The best parts of the benefit package are the choices of medical coverage and the generous vacation time. The ability to work remote is also fantastic! The part that could be improved is the 401K program. The company match was surprisingly very minimal and has a long vesting time.
Solid benefit packages at reasonable rates.
They had a very flexible work from home policy that I really appreciated and good number of days off on PTO. Paternity leave was a bare minimum you'd expect from a tech company and health insurance was expensive for a family plan. (Especially compared to most technology companies)
In the US, Deltek offers 4 different health insurance plans through Aetna. Generous PTO accrual, but one can only carry over 40 hours from year-to-year.
Great benefits starting on day one
Standard benefits package. 401K matching was skimpy after Deltek was acquired by Roper.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
