Lots of options for health coverage. Many perks, beyond medical / Dental / Vision. HR works hard to create a family atmosphere.
Benefits package covered most needs....similar to other organizations in the industry.
Great PTO package. Decent medical benefits and 401k matching.
For the most part, benefits are fine. Health advocate is of little/no value, but if you don't need it, then it's a non-issue.
They cover virtually everything employees might need.
401K plan was not great
Best benefits: amazing PTO, many have the option to work from home, and you get to wear jeans to work! Worst benefits: while the company throws money at certain things, it is stingy for anything outside the box
Very affordable, compared to other companies benefits
PTO and 401K were pretty standard. I was not happy with the health insurance. They pursued a global health provider because they have global offices, but in the United States there are much better providers. The insurance was at the low end of coverage and the HSA is done through the same company.
Good PTO package and remote/flexible hours (you have to coordinate this with your direct manager). 401k match is just 3k.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
