The best thing is that they do give you 2 weeks for vacation and 2 weeks for sick time. You can also roll over your vacation days.

Sick time is separate from PTO (so if you don't use it, you lose it).
10 days for first 4 year, 2 floating holidays, 8 sick days.
They're okay. We were off for days for Christmas and that was nice. Other than that, you always have so much to do you don't want to take time off.
I got 2 weeks a year to start. Glad I didn't use much, I needed it when got laid off. Don't use your vacation, you never know when you're going into that little room with the HR folks. It happens fast and you're escorted out. BAM!
