Benefits are more than adequate. Easy to renew due to annual meetings.
Medical benefits need improvement to be competitive with the market place. Bonus is good when company performs!
Benefits are sub par for the given market. A little below average and fairly expensive.
The benefits package is not terrific. Expect to pay $10k-$12k out of pocket for the mid-tier package. No stock options. It is terrific to have end-of-year holidays off automatically.
401k was good and more benefits
Decent insurance options, 401K, paid time-off. Nice to have flexible work hours during covid. Even prior to covid they have pretty flexible work from home policy.
Paid parental leave, nice wellness program
Good time off policy, recently revamped to help employees accrue additional time faster. Average 401(k) match. Not bad, but not great, just middle of the pack. There is a profit sharing based 401(k) deposit, but I'd prefer the match was just better.
Dematic is becoming more modern when it comes to their benefits package. They have been ramping up their benefits to help their employees.
