Its an alright place to work, if you are just looking for a job. Team in the Holland office is my favorite group to deal with, great collection of very intelligent minds.

Benefits seem about average. 401k matches 100% on first 3% and 50% on next 2%, which is lower than employees at other companies whose compensation I am privy to receive. There is a discretionary up to 2% bonus paid into the 401k if the company does well (bonus was 1% last year). Dematic will cover half the cost of health, dental, eye insurance if you purchase from the company plan. GR location has an office gym you can purchase membership at for $10 a month capped at $100 per year (must be deducted from your paycheck). Life and disability insurance are also available for purchase.
Best thing is is the cell phone and internet reimbursement. They also have good medical, dental and vision plans, Tuition Assistance, 401K matching and other benefits. However, in the Austin market, their PTO policy and their lack of offering full medical at no employee expense puts them at a disadvantage to other companies operating in the area.
Worst thing about the benefits package: Pro-rated vacation time. The accrual rate for vacation depends on longevity at company. Either way, it's difficult to plan for. Starting out you get 10 days vacation. However, you have to earn those 80 hours, or else you go negative and have to "dig yourself" out of a vacation hole.
It is nice to have Christmas through New Years off, Health Insurance, 401K etc are average to the market
