    Basically they kind of throw you to the sharks a tad bit because they wanna see how you handle pressure

    They do a week of training which is good if you have no experience but if you do it sucks not making tips that first week

    I did my training in a unit that was not optimal for training. I had to take over my own training at the end to save the day

    They sit you in front of a computer your first day for hours to learn stuff. Then put you with a real trainer.

    The best thing about job training was they trained me really well and continued to help me for 1 whole work week so I am not struggling.

    It was very hands on, but was left up entirely to the GM and varied depending on the store you were in. Mine was shorter then normal or I was informed it would be because of being short handed.

    wasn't really trained , most of the things I learned were taught in my home ec class
