“There isn't really a downside to it. ”
“They are the best at training the one who trained me was very patient and kind to me until I was able to get the hang of what I was doing”
“It is there for you if it's needed and they don't lie about it being there if you need it”
Good 401k, some educational assistance
Awesome benefits for restaurant industry
Dennys won’t fire you they just take you off the schedule so if you need assistance like unemployment you wouldn’t be qualified
The benefits were non-existent once we switched from corporate to franchise. The whole company went downhill after the switch.
Best was 50% off food when you’re working. There is nothing else for hourly workers. No PTO or healthcare or retirement fund except the one mandated by the state. If you leave for a while, they may not have your same shifts available when you come back.
Free food while working as well as discounts, get to try new menu items early. I was part time so I don't know about 401k or insurance.
Great to be there as weell
They will actually do their best to make sure their employees get what they deserve
Limited vacation days for anyone employed less than five years and there is no official sick leave.
There are none especially for servers
