we get a huge discount on dental work. We dont get dental insurance- the discount is so much better though. We also get paid days off, 401K, Holiday pay, and health insurance. The worst would be the health insurance but only because it is too expensive for a family of 5. I have myself and my kids on it which is affordable...but if i added my husband it is way too expensive. We have gotten bonuses in the past but I dont think that is a typical thing.
Very generous PTO accrual plan! Company match with the 401k. Reasonable medical costs with employer paying a contribution.
The benefits are never explained and it is impossible to even have time off to go to the doctor

There is no vacation pay for hygienists. You do get medical, 401k, and things like disability, life insurance offered to you though.
The plans that are offered to the staff are great, but the staff seems to be paying the majority of it.
Best would be the 401k and insurance packages. The worst would be the monthly “bonus” system which we never got even though the office met the goal every month.
Very basic benefits-- health insurance and 401K. Time off was accrued but could not be used until after with 6 months or 1 year-- I don't exactly recall which one!
Best thing is newer employees (less than 4 years) have been grandfathered in to have PTO days, paid holidays, and paid vacation. Bonuses based on exceeding daily production on a sliding percentage scale. Worst thing is this is figured by an office manager at each individual office, so your bonus is only as good as your manager's math. Many times I've had to recalculate my numbers after a "manager" mangled them.
