Well sometimes I think that we get a bonus when we see enough patients and do enough treatment, and we have a flexible schedule
When someone calls off it’s okay when in the end we end up with short staff. Dentists get frustrated with the new people.
The insurance is really not good they should give it for free to employee that have been with company for years

They did not have a benefits package. That was one of the problems with that jobs.
There is no benifits package. They offer you to buy the most exspensive plans, where you basically work to be insured. Like they didnt even take the time to find a decent plan. Free dental, but who wants a rushed doctor working in thier mouth.

3 weeks time off (unpaid) 5 paid sick days
The insurance is very expensive and the coverage isn't very good, only 5 days paid vacation, no sick days no paid holidays.
