401K is very competitive. Decent PTO if your manager allow you to take the time off.
Once a week work from home is an extra nice benefit. Medical and additional insurance offerings are strong. 401K is good, but not fully vested until after 3 years.
I've noticed a strong push on expanding the diversity program across the organization.
For a company this large, I would have expected better benefits. My premiums when I go to the doctor or chiropractor are higher than my previous company, which is sad.
1) the bonus they talked about is non-existent. 2) When you actually get a raise it's like nothing. 3) you work for people who have no idea how to run an agency.
