they have 401k and they do match, paid vacations the worst is medical insurance but the big deductible but this is normal with most insurance companies these days
The insurance is insanely expensive with a very high deductible. The worst part of the benefits are they only match 1% to your 401k. Also no sick time and vacation days are highly regulated so it’s hard to find a good time to take it.

Health insurance is bad, look somewhere else

The medical insurance is excellent. If something horrible were to happen the medical insurance is superb. The vision and dental are average at best, but sufficient to the needs of most.

Hours are super long. You work a minimum of 45 hours and have to work for the company for a year before you earn any time off. Health insurance is a joke. It's about $80/week for two people and the deductible is very high.
Once you get to the sales manager position, you receive 3 full paid weeks off per year. They do match for 401K, it's not much but it's better than most.
