Lots of vacations days and a christmas bonus. However you won't get a raise. You won't ever get a raise. Don't even think about it. You have to threaten to quit and they might give you a bonus but not a raise. You will not get a raise after working here for a year. They try to pay you competitively but completely neglect that the industry standard is for pay to change based on experience.
