Vacation time accrual is generous, jumps to 13 days after 3 yrs with an extra day added each year thereafter. Decent health insurance options to choose from, you can get reimbursed for exercise/fitness programs. Performance bonus is so-so, dependent on so many factors and overall company goals, which is demotivating after pushing yourself so hard throughout the year. Wish they offered free lunch or snacks like some other companies do, especially for the days you're so busy it's hard to tear away from the office or your desk.
