Have an overall great benefits package
Desert Financial offers comprehensive benefits, Several Health care options to choose from. In addition to the typical benefits, they really practice work life balance. It also has an onsite gym. The only con I have is they got rid of the Pension Plan.
401k is good they contribute 4% if you do 5%. Can only use up to 40 hours of sick time a year without getting warnings and possible write ups.
Good benefit options, reasonable price but wish there was an hmo option
No pension plan, not enough PTO.

They offer benefits but for a company with that amount of employees it shouldn't be that expensive.
They took the pension away right and told people they would get it when they hired them.
