Health Insurance, 401K, 3 weeks PTO
All of the benefits are paid by the employee if you have a family or a spouse. They only pay for the employee portion of their benefits.

Compensation package is good, people are great. But there is no 401K
DLI offers a competitive package with excellent balance between salary and benefits. Zero out of pocket for individual employee health/medical/dental (unless you want a lower deductible, in which case there is a minimal deduction per pay check); eight company holidays PLUS 15 days PTO, as well as many other benefits and perks. Outstanding!
No 401k. PTO days are both vacation and sick (start with 15 pro-rated for year). Health and vision for employee/vendor is free but to add spouse and kids is ridiculously expensive. No retirement, no stocks, no bonuses, limited discount card. They will pay for certifications and some business travel if required. You can have flexible hours and telecommute/work from home if you contract manager is ok with it.
Benefits are quite good and with the exception of company matching to charities are generally above what I've observed with other area companies with roughly the same number of employees.
