Low cost benefits, high deductible high out of network cost medical dental vision. Low cost prescriptions. Worth it if you dont visit the doctor often
They have ok health insurance benefits. You have high co pays and you have to pay a lot into them. They do not have a 401k match program or pay you for maternity leave. You do get three weeks vacation after your first year now. In addition, they offer summer hours, but you must make up the hours to leave early on Friday. You do not get to leave early with out stay extra long in the summer, so it’s not that great. Most people stay late already and do not take a lunch, so the benefits aren’t great.
Limited vacation and time off, and depending on your manager your will be limited/questioned/denied time to use it, and depending on your payroll person other people will get away with extra days and you will be grilled the day you come in after calling in sick They said at start time of employment that would match a certain percentage of 401K contributions, and they matched NOTHING. For a maternity clothing company, there is no real maternity leave, it is short term disability. They really should be making an explain and have a REAL maternity leave program with pay through the company.
There isn’t one. They do not offer
I never really used any of the perks due to me being a part time employee but I did use the discount provided for us on all items in the store.
Have never had any issues with finding Dr within the listed providers
Expensive healthcare for not the best coverage. If you need to cover a spouse, there is an additional fee on top of increased cost. 401k is offered, but there is no match at all. PTO is limited.
Good: Decent time off, half day summer Fridays. Health Benefits are so-so.
no maternity leave . . . .
No benefits for part time
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
